Smile Design Turkey (smiledesignturkey.co.uk) is a UK-focused patient-information and treatment-coordination website. We help UK-based patients explore dental treatment options and, on request, coordinate a preliminary clinical assessment with our disclosed clinical partner, Taki Dent in Antalya. We do not provide dental treatment directly.

For the purposes of this policy, references to "we", "us" or "our" refer to the website operator and data controller, IDAOPS CONSULTING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16927251), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (email hello@smiledesignturkey.co.uk).

2. What Information We Collect

When you submit an assessment request through this website, we collect the following information:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your country of residence
• A description of your dental concern and treatment interest
• Optional information including budget range, preferred treatment timeframe, and whether you have dental photos or X-rays
• Tracking parameters where present (UTM source, medium, campaign)

We may also collect technical data about your visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring website, via cookies or analytics tools.

Special-category (health) data. Any dental photographs, radiographs (X-rays), medical information and treatment history you choose to share may constitute special-category health data under UK GDPR. We process this information only with your explicit consent, for the specific purpose of coordinating a preliminary clinical assessment with Taki Dent. You do not have to provide it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

The personal information you submit through our assessment request form is used to:

• Share your request, with your consent, with our disclosed clinical partner, Taki Dent in Antalya, so its clinical team can review your case and prepare a preliminary assessment and estimate
• Send you an automated confirmation email following your submission

Technical and analytics data is used to understand how our website is used and to improve its performance and content.

4. How Your Data Is Shared

Your request, including the personal details you provide, is transmitted through our lead-handling provider, Offerqo, which acts as a data processor on our behalf, and is then made available, with your consent, to our disclosed clinical partner, Taki Dent in Antalya. We do not distribute your request to a marketplace of competing clinics.

Taki Dent’s clinical team may contact you directly using the contact details you provided, in order to discuss a preliminary proposal. By submitting a request, you consent to your details being shared with Taki Dent for the purpose of preparing a preliminary assessment and estimate.

International transfer to Türkiye. Taki Dent is located in Türkiye and acts as a separate, independent data controller for the clinical assessment, any treatment and its aftercare. Sharing your request with Taki Dent therefore involves transferring your personal data — including any health data — outside the UK. This transfer is made on the basis of your explicit consent for this specific assessment; where an ongoing treatment-coordination relationship exists, we put appropriate safeguards in place (such as an International Data Transfer Agreement). Türkiye is not currently covered by UK “adequacy” regulations, so data-protection rights and remedies there may differ from those in the UK. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with any party other than for the purpose described above.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox on our assessment request form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, though this will not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

We use cookies to enable basic website functionality and to understand how visitors use our site. These include:

Our lead-handling provider (Offerqo) retains data in accordance with its own retention policy. We retain only such data as is necessary for the operation of this website.

• Request deletion of your data (subject to applicable legal requirements)
