Begin by selecting the dental treatment you are interested in from our list: dental implants, veneers, crowns, whitening, or other dental treatment. If you are unsure which category fits your situation, choose the closest option and explain in your description.
Describe your dental concern
Write a description of your dental situation in as much detail as you are comfortable sharing. Useful information includes: which teeth are affected, how long you have had the concern, whether you have had previous treatment, and what your goals are. The more specific you can be, the more useful any quotes you receive will be.
Indicate whether you have photos or X-rays
We will ask whether you have dental photos or X-rays available. If you do, let us know. Photos and X-rays shared with your request allow clinics to see your specific case and prepare a more accurate quote. You do not need them to submit — but they are very helpful when you have them.
Add your contact details
Provide your full name, email address and phone number. Your country defaults to United Kingdom. You can also optionally indicate your approximate budget range and preferred treatment timeframe — this helps clinics understand your situation and tailor their response accordingly.
Your request is submitted securely
After confirming your consent, your request is submitted securely to the Offerqo dental marketplace. You will receive a confirmation email. Your request is immediately visible to relevant dental clinics on the platform — there is no waiting period for admin approval.
Clinics review your case
Dental clinics registered on Offerqo who specialise in your treatment type can view your request and assess whether they are able to help. Clinics with the appropriate expertise, capacity and interest in your case may then prepare a treatment quote.
You choose what happens next
Any quotes you receive are for your consideration only. There is no obligation to accept any quote or proceed with any clinic. You can ask follow-up questions, request more detail, or simply decline. The decision is entirely yours at every stage.

Your treatment request is handled via the Offerqo dental marketplace platform. Offerqo processes your submission and makes it visible to relevant dental clinics. Personal identifiers within your description text (such as phone numbers or email addresses included in your message) are automatically masked by AI processing before being shown to clinics. Your original submission, including any personal details within the description, is stored separately.
The contact details you provide (your name, email and phone number) are used to allow clinics to respond to your enquiry directly and to send you a confirmation email. These are shared only with clinics who express interest in your case through the Offerqo platform.
